This is a natural processed filter coffee with flavors of fig, apricot, brown sugar and floral. Especially the apricot note pops out when the coffee has cooled down a bit. This microlot was produced by the Seife in cooperation with small farmers from Kercha. The cultivation at 2020 meters above sea level allows the coffee to mature more slowly and brings these intense aromas into the cup. After harvesting, the coffee cherries were dried on drying tables for 21-22 days. This slow drying time with an average of 4 hours of sunshine per day brings the sweetness to the coffee. With a roasting profile specially adapted to this filter coffee, we give these beans the finishing touch and prepare them for the final extraction.
